Bea's Bettas

Hello!

I am Bea and welcome to Bea's Bettas!  I am a hobbyist betta breeder and enthusiast located in Austin Texas.  I fell in love with bettas during my time working from home in 2020 and began breeding in 2021.  My goal as a breeder is to create healthy and beautiful fish that live long lives in their new homes.

I am always available to take on unwanted and unwell bettas.  Any surrendered bettas will be treated for illnesses and kept for a minimum of 2 weeks before adopted out.  My inbox is always open for inquiries on bettas for sale, tips on keeping bettas happy and healthy, and anything else betta related.

Other spawns -
Red Halfmoons - Their fins didn't develop as large as I was hoping.  Was a good experience and I learned a lot as my second spawn!

Candy Dumbos  - My 3rd spawn was small and grew slowly.  It was partially successful, and I kept one female for another spawn. (Dumbo 2)

Group Spawn - This was an experiment where I had multiple spawns at the same time.  It was hard to keep track of who came from where, and one of the pairings created a lot of sickly bettas.  I kept 1 male for another spawn (Yellow Koi 3)

Candy Dumbos 2 - This spawn was filled with difficult parents, bad luck, not a single betta came out the way I was hoping for, and many of the fry were sickly.  I did not continue the spawn.
